All Free-to-Use routers are subject to a once-off delivery fee of R249. This fee will be billed on your initial invoice, together with the pro-rata charges from the date the link goes live and is activated. The debit order will only be processed automatically on the 1st of the month during the first full billing cycle thereafter.

Router Return Policy: Should the fibre service be cancelled within the first 6 months from the initial order date, the free-to-use router must be returned to Bluejoy Solutions in good working condition. After 6 months of active service, the router may be retained by the customer upon cancellation.
